DIPLE II allows microscopic observations in bright field (light transmitted through the sample), polarized light, dark field, and reflected light for opaque samples. DIPLE II-S contains two lenses, one for medium-low magnification (25-250x) and one for medium-high magnification (90-900x), allowing to see details down to 0.9 micrometer.
